About the role
- Intern supporting compliance management at ANBIMA, a financial market association overseeing integrity and legal compliance. Assisting with internal policies and external regulations.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of the Association's integrity program, which includes: Compliance, Information Security, Data Privacy (Brazilian General Data Protection Law - LGPD) and Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing the Code of Ethics, internal policies and procedures, awareness plans, communications and training.
- Gather statistical data and produce charts and indicator presentations.
- Support monitoring and internal control of the integrity program's policies.
- Assist in tracking area projects.
- Participate in working group meetings.
- Interact with internal departments.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Law, Economics or Business Administration.
- Desirable knowledge of the pillars of an Integrity Program, following the LEC - Legal, Ethics & Compliance framework.
- Basic knowledge of internal controls and monitoring.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Canva for creating presentations.
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- English (reading and speaking).
- Familiarity with compliance management platforms - Be Compliance - and information security management: KnowBe4.
