Responsibilities
Assembly, configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware
Provide professional technical assistance to end users and act as the interface to external partners
Provide technical support to our System Engineers for administrative matters, commissioning, rollouts, relocations and decommissioning/disposal
Dispatch activities, preparation of information and documentation
On-call duty once per month
Management of the internal spare parts inventory
Requirements
You have an IT background and professional experience in IT infrastructure
You bring know‑how in server, backup and storage hardware, as well as Windows
You contribute your knowledge of IBM and Lenovo hardware
You work independently, have a strong quality awareness and enjoy continuous learning
You hold a category B driving license and are willing to travel (Vienna and surrounding area up to approx. 150 km)
You communicate confidently in German and English
