About the role

Responsibilities
- Assembly, configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware
- Provide professional technical assistance to end users and act as the interface to external partners
- Provide technical support to our System Engineers for administrative matters, commissioning, rollouts, relocations and decommissioning/disposal
- Dispatch activities, preparation of information and documentation
- On-call duty once per month
- Management of the internal spare parts inventory
Requirements
- You have an IT background and professional experience in IT infrastructure
- You bring know‑how in server, backup and storage hardware, as well as Windows
- You contribute your knowledge of IBM and Lenovo hardware
- You work independently, have a strong quality awareness and enjoy continuous learning
- You hold a category B driving license and are willing to travel (Vienna and surrounding area up to approx. 150 km)
- You communicate confidently in German and English
