Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience or more specializing in habitability and unlawful detainer matters
  • Excellent litigation skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Persuasive speaking skills
  • Strong academic background
  • Proven research skills
  • Self-starter who can handle assignments with minimal supervision
  • Must be licensed and admitted to practice in Maryland
