Requirements
- Degree in a technical field (e.g. Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in technical operations – ideally in data centers, critical infrastructure or industrial facilities
- Strong knowledge of building services/technology, power supply, HVAC and security systems
- Experience in people management, budget responsibility and process optimization
- High sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality and resilience
- Business fluent German and English (C1)
