Responsibilities
- Act as a primary application support operator and provide operational and functional support for procurement applications
- Ensure smooth functioning of SAP Ariba solutions
- Timely issue resolution and end-user enablement

- Organize onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across procurement users globally
- Support testing activities related to new features, enhancements, releases, and system upgrades

Requirements
- Experience of 2 to 5 years in procurement domain (applications or operations)
- BE/ MBA/ BCOM
- Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules – Buying, Sourcing, Contracts (SLP knowledge preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and handling user requests.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- SAP Ariba user interface and administration familiarity
- Basic understanding of data analysis, reporting, and process documentation (SharePoint, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement best practices.
- Awareness of procurement compliance and global process standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
