About the role
- Prepare and review inputs for monthly board reports, including Monthly Fixed Asset disclosures
- Produce and send monthly KPI reporting submissions to key shareholders
- Input to the monthly consolidation process, prepare and post consolidation journals and reconcile to working files
- Support Oracle FCCS: data loads, data enrichment population and maintain the Chart of Accounts
- Perform ad hoc testing and support on future Oracle development
- Support preparation of annual and half-year accounts and own various notes to the accounts
- Prepare data and reports for the Audit and Risk Committee and support group audit activities
- Work with the Group Financial Reporting team on projects and deliver technical accounting support
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
- Experience of consolidations of large international groups of companies
- IFRS knowledge desired
- Ability to work to month end deadlines and tight timetables
- Experience of preparing or reviewing statutory accounts and leading on audit queries
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI) with the ability to convert complex data into useful information
- Ability to query data and resolve issues
- Strong communication skills
- Experience or willingness to support Oracle FCCS and Oracle ERP consolidation systems
- Confident, enthusiastic attitude and a proactive approach
