About the role
- Receive and validate contract databases (value, scope, term, adjustments, etc.).
- Receive and validate service delivery information and schedules from business areas.
- Receive and validate invoices (NF) to reconcile with the contracted party.
- Receive and validate CW records to reconcile with the contracted party.
- Populate the analysis database with received data.
- Track contracts and payments in Ariba, SAP and Procurement Power BI.
- Learn audit methodologies and tools (e.g., ACL, Power BI, basic SQL, advanced Excel).
- Provide operational support to the team.
- Assist the mid-level analyst with data and reconciliations.
- Update recurring reports, databases and presentations prepared by the coordinator and senior analyst.
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
- Courses in Power BI and AI are a plus
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
