Responsibilities
- Identify expected revenue that was not realized and inform the manager and the contract’s responsible area.
- Conduct control and audit tests.
- Analyze contract vs. payment reconciliations.
- Analyze contract vs. delivery reconciliations.
- Compare rate card values against contracted amounts.
- Participate in monthly and biweekly committees and support the coordinator in presenting results and audited areas.
- Question inconsistencies in hours, contracts, payments and deliveries.
- Propose control solutions, audit tests and process improvements to mitigate risks and ensure operational compliance.
- Identify control weaknesses and suggest improvements aligned with RD best practices.
- Review working papers prepared by subordinate analysts (Junior and Mid-level).
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor’s degree)
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering
- Courses in Power BI and AI are a plus
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
