Graphic Designer developing social media content and videos for clients in the real estate industry. Collaborating with the team to create engaging online materials and manage design processes.
Responsibilities
Together with your team, you are responsible for the creative development and execution of social media content (posts, stories, reels, ads) and videos for our clients
You handle both concept development and the editing and animation of short videos for all online channels, e.g., short trailers, logo animations and podcasts
Creation of graphic designs and animations for various projects (social media, events, web content, presentations)
Post-production of raw footage from event shoots and in-house productions is also part of your responsibilities
You create and optimize content using various AI tools
Creation of and working with corporate design manuals and different design guidelines
You work closely with colleagues from Social Media Management and the Content team to produce creative, reach-driven content
Requirements
Successfully completed degree or vocational training in design, graphic design, communication design or a comparable qualification
At least 2–3 years of professional experience in content creation for social media, preferably in an agency environment
Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and experience with tools for video editing and animation
Good skills in PowerPoint are also a plus
Experience using AI tools in design processes (automation, content creation) and proficiency in prompting for these processes
Independent, detail-oriented working style and strong commitment
Team player, reliable and able to work independently
Ideally, initial experience in supervising staff, such as working students or interns
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
Confident in dealing with various stakeholders and experienced in client interaction
