About the role

  • Design & animate engaging motion graphics for campaigns, reels, ads, product explainers, and social media
  • Develop creative assets across multiple formats (static, video, GIF, short-form content) optimized for digital performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Brand, and Content teams to deliver creatives that convert
  • Stay on top of design and motion trends (short-form, TikTok/IG reels, AI-assisted design tools) and bring fresh ideas into campaigns
  • Work with multi-country teams to adapt and localize content while maintaining brand consistency
  • Manage multiple design projects under tight timelines without compromising quality
  • Collaborate with performance marketers, videographers and content creators to produce high-quality designs that drive results

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ design experience, ideally in marketing or digital-first companies
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Strong skills in motion graphics & animation using After Effects (or similar tools)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)
  • A portfolio that showcases motion graphics and digital campaign design (please attach on your CV)
  • Ability to work fast, iterate, and adapt designs to multiple platforms and formats
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, and layout
  • Time-management skills to handle multiple projects across regions
