About the role

• Software engineering student developing solutions for IONOS Cloud customers in a collaborative team. Learning cloud technologies and contributing to agile software development projects within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop in Go;
• Learn and work with Kubernetes and cloud technologies, including Ansible, Terraform, and Crossplane;
• Understand and apply networking concepts such as load balancing, NAT gateways, and TLS;
• Collaborate within an agile, self-motivated team;
• Address complex challenges in a dynamic cloud environment;
• Support distributed systems operations and management;
• Enhance our build, testing, and deployment automation processes;
• Improve the quality and resilience of our services continuously.

Requirements

• A strong passion for software development;
• Proficiency in algorithmic thinking and problem-solving;
• Basic knowledge of Java or another programming language;
• Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP);
• Fundamental knowledge of networking.
