Requirements
3 to 5 years experience within a global start-up or scale up business in compensation and benefits
Expertise in all aspects of rewards preferred, such as salary reviews, salary surveys, STI bonus plans, LTI plans, and benefits
Good understanding of tax and compliance regulations
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Must be fluent in English (additional language skills in German, Italian or French preferred)
