About the role

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution for the design, delivery, and evaluation of comprehensive global learning programs
  • Collaborate effectively with global functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize critical learning needs and skill gaps
  • Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions, workshops, and learning events to diverse global audiences
  • Coach and develop a high-performing global team of learning experience professionals
  • Establish robust metrics and analytical frameworks to measure the impact and effectiveness of global learning initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within the BPO industry
  • Strong proficiency in learning design and delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office/GSuite and Learning Management Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (not a strict requirement)
  • Learning design and delivery certifications, coaching/learning/psychometric certifications will be a significant advantage
