Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the Global VP to develop and execute ACANA’s 5-year global growth strategy.
Monitor, protect, and grow ACANA brand equity.
Skillfully balance and align diverse global, regional, and local stakeholders across functions.
Design and deploy compelling global creative that elevates brand storytelling.
Leverage strong analytical rigor to interpret global market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence.
Define and optimize product assortment, positioning, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
10+ years of classical marketing training & experience in brand building, ideally with a leading CPG organization.
Proven track record of success in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Experience managing agencies and complex project workstreams at the Global level.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
