About the role

  • Global Senior Brand Manager for ACANA brand, collaborating with the Global VP on growth strategies and brand equity. Leading creative campaigns and analyzing market insights for brand positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the Global VP to develop and execute ACANA’s 5-year global growth strategy.
  • Monitor, protect, and grow ACANA brand equity.
  • Skillfully balance and align diverse global, regional, and local stakeholders across functions.
  • Design and deploy compelling global creative that elevates brand storytelling.
  • Leverage strong analytical rigor to interpret global market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Define and optimize product assortment, positioning, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of classical marketing training & experience in brand building, ideally with a leading CPG organization.
  • Proven track record of success in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to translate analytics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing agencies and complex project workstreams at the Global level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
