About the role

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and voluntary fringe benefits
  • Assist with day-to-day operations such as invoicing, eligibility verification, audits, vendor management, and employee questions
  • Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance, addressing any issues and seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with HRIS systems (Workday) to maintain up-to-date and accurate employee benefits data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of experience in benefits administration preferably in a global, matrixed company
  • Experience managing relationships with external partners and benefits vendors
  • Systems savvy and experience with Workday, MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
