About the role
- Global Associate Benefits Analyst managing employee benefits programs across multiple regions. Collaborating with HR leaders and external partners to ensure compliance and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and voluntary fringe benefits
- Assist with day-to-day operations such as invoicing, eligibility verification, audits, vendor management, and employee questions
- Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance, addressing any issues and seeking opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with HRIS systems (Workday) to maintain up-to-date and accurate employee benefits data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in benefits administration preferably in a global, matrixed company
- Experience managing relationships with external partners and benefits vendors
- Systems savvy and experience with Workday, MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
