About the role
- Manage the training environment and data requirements supporting delivery at Expleo. Oversee setup, maintenance, and enhancement of global training environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the training environment and data requirements to support training delivery
- Set-up, maintenance and enhancement of the global training environment
- Create a change data strategy and plan, including an environment refresh plan
- Manage all data requirements for the effective running of the training environment
- Engage with market Change Managers to identify market training environment requirements
- Support market Change Managers in training delivery
- Liaise with the Change Manager to support market training delivery
- Review, create, update and automate CMO reporting framework and templates
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Desirable: Additional certification in Change Management (eg : APMG, Prosci /ADKAR).
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.
