About the role
- Application Analyst at Bank Frick managing core banking systems. Supporting application management and incident resolution while working closely with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Incident management (1st and 2nd level) for our core banking system Olympic
- Executing database queries (DB2) and controlling and monitoring applications via the command console
- Single point of contact (SPOC) for the business departments for all applications managed by Application Engineering, including business analysis
- Application management (configuration of control parameters, report generation, etc.)
- Participation in release management: testing, coordination processes, collaboration with internal and external developers
Requirements
- Degree in business informatics/information systems with a focus on computer science or banking, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in requirements engineering (e.g., IREB certification) and IT service management (e.g., ITIL certification)
- Very good German and good English skills (level B1/B2)
