Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for German-speaking B2B clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, product adoption, and continued success with our software solutions.
Customer Success and Retention: Monitor the health of customer accounts and proactively address any issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, provide updates on new product features, and recommend strategies to optimize their use of the software.
Sales and Upselling: Utilize your sales expertise to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, offering additional products or services that can benefit the client’s business.
Collaborate with the sales team to execute targeted upselling campaigns and close deals with existing customers.
Cold Calling & Prospecting: Use cold calling and other outreach methods to introduce our solutions to potential new clients.
Problem Solving & Technical Support: Work closely with internal technical support teams to troubleshoot and resolve any client issues.
Provide proactive recommendations to optimize product performance and workflows.
Reporting & Feedback: Track and report on account status, customer feedback, and key metrics such as retention rates and upsell success.
Requirements
Language Proficiency: Native or fluent German speaker is essential, with strong English language skills for internal communication.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success.
Proven track record in cold calling, upselling, and managing customer relationships in a B2B environment.
Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and revenue growth targets through upselling and cross-selling activities.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to tailor the sales approach to individual client needs.
Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a deep understanding of client needs and a proactive mindset.
Tech-Savvy: Strong interest in the software industry, with the ability to quickly learn new products and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Experience with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and other software solutions is highly desirable.
Problem Solving & Adaptability: Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented, able to tackle issues with a strategic and analytical approach.
