About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their goals, processes, and challenges.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and document analysis to gather detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze current systems and workflows to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements and use cases.
  • Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and developers.
  • Clarify requirements, answer questions, and manage changes to scope or specifications.
  • Ensure developers and testers understand functional needs and constraints.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years functional analyst experience in Banking Sector and/or Business Process Management systems preferably in lending.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for documenting requirements, conveying information to stakeholders, and facilitating collaboration between business and technical team.
  • Experience in the analysis and documentation of functional requirements, including business processes, user stories, and use cases.
  • Experience in using business process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
  • Experience in data analysis techniques and tools can be valuable, especially.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
