Requirements
- Minimum 5 years functional analyst experience in Banking Sector and/or Business Process Management systems preferably in lending.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for documenting requirements, conveying information to stakeholders, and facilitating collaboration between business and technical team.
- Experience in the analysis and documentation of functional requirements, including business processes, user stories, and use cases.
- Experience in using business process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Experience in data analysis techniques and tools can be valuable, especially.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Good interpersonal skills.
