Responsibilities
- Develop and implement complex financial models to analyze performance and forecast future results.
- Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct profitability and project feasibility analyses, providing recommendations to support decision-making.
- Support senior management in preparing financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze budget variances, proposing corrective actions and cost optimization measures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in FP&A or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related areas.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance (preferred).
- Certifications such as CFA or CPA (a plus).
