About the role
- Founders Associate working closely with CPTO to implement product and technology strategies for the GetAway Group. Involves tasks in AI projects and process enhancements.
Responsibilities
- You will work directly with our Chief Product & Technology Officer and support them in turning strategic product, technology and organizational decisions into execution.
- You structure topics, advance processes and create transparency around goals, priorities and progress.
- Support planning and implementation of product and tech strategy.
- Structure and track objectives, KPIs and roadmaps.
- Prepare decision papers, analyses and executive summaries.
- Prepare briefings and presentations for leadership and teams.
- Manage strategic initiatives (e.g., AI integration, tool rollouts, architecture modernization).
- Ensure smooth alignment between Tech, Product and Design.
- Build and maintain processes, knowledge structures and documentation.
- Participate in leadership formats including minute-taking, follow-ups and implementation support.
- Take on smaller technical tasks such as scripting, data analysis or tool automation.
- Collaborate with developers on product features or internal tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration with a tech focus) or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and structured thinking — you recognize patterns, prioritize clearly and think in systems
- Enthusiasm for technology, digital products and modern software development
- Clear communication and organizational skills — you can consolidate, structure and make topics understandable
- Proactive, confident and independent attitude — you don’t wait for someone to assign you tasks
- Creativity and problem-solving skills — you find ways even when no process exists
- Initial experience in a product, tech or startup environment
- Basic knowledge of software development, data or AI (e.g., Python, APIs, SQL, LLMs, automation)
- Experience with tools such as Notion, Jira/Linear, Figma, GitHub, Looker or similar systems
- Understanding of agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, iteration logic)
