About the role

  • Deploy and configure AI account management platform for enterprise clients
  • Work onsite or remotely with customer teams to ensure successful integration
  • Customize workflows, data pipelines, and AI models to match client requirements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide rapid resolution during implementation phases
  • Train customer technical teams on platform usage and best practices
  • Build custom integrations between platform and client systems (CRMs, ERPs, databases)
  • Develop client-specific features and modifications using Python
  • Create data transformation scripts and API connections for seamless data flow
  • Prototype solutions for unique customer use cases and maintain client-specific codebases
  • Gather detailed feedback on product performance and collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions
  • Document best practices and contribute to internal tooling to improve deployment efficiency
  • Regular customer interaction and possible travel to client sites; remote work supported between engagements

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL
  • Experience with DynamoDB
  • Experience with OpenSearch
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks or similar data warehouses
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to business processes
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Experience working directly with enterprise customers
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and leading technical discussions
  • Problem-solving mindset with customer success orientation
  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles (solutions engineering, consulting, implementation)
  • Background in B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience with account management or sales technology systems preferred
  • Ability to travel to client sites and work onsite as required
