About the role

  • FMS Program Analyst for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office in Arlington, VA. Supporting intelligence, requirements assessment, and strategic acquisition planning in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Support the F-35 JPO Future Capability & Technology (FCAT) Directorate in achieving Kill-Chain dominance
  • Assist in providing all intelligence support required across the three Intel pillars
  • Manage the Pre-PoR F-35 Air System Requirements
  • Develop the F-35 Flight Plan for future requirements
  • Research and assist in the development of technology for the F-35 program

Requirements

  • An active secret DOD clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields, or an Associate degree with an additional four years of experience in international acquisition programs
  • A minimum of three (3) years out of six years of recent work experience related to international acquisition programs
  • The ability to provide onsite support at the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City, VA a minimum of 2-3 days per week, each week
  • Familiarity with DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2, DoD Directive (DODD) 5530.03 (International Agreements), and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&L) Handbook
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Security Assistance/Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs
