FMS Program Analyst for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program Office in Arlington, VA. Supporting intelligence, requirements assessment, and strategic acquisition planning in a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities
Support the F-35 JPO Future Capability & Technology (FCAT) Directorate in achieving Kill-Chain dominance
Assist in providing all intelligence support required across the three Intel pillars
Manage the Pre-PoR F-35 Air System Requirements
Develop the F-35 Flight Plan for future requirements
Research and assist in the development of technology for the F-35 program
Requirements
An active secret DOD clearance
Bachelor’s degree in related fields, or an Associate degree with an additional four years of experience in international acquisition programs
A minimum of three (3) years out of six years of recent work experience related to international acquisition programs
The ability to provide onsite support at the F-35 Joint Program Office (JPO) located in Crystal City, VA a minimum of 2-3 days per week, each week
Familiarity with DoD Instruction (DoDI) 5000.2, DoD Directive (DODD) 5530.03 (International Agreements), and the International Cooperation in Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (IC in AT&L) Handbook
Demonstrated knowledge of the principles, policies, and practices of system acquisition
Demonstrated knowledge of the Security Assistance/Security Cooperation (SA/SC) programs
