About the role
- Drive local reporting for legal entities operating in foreign jurisdictions
- Manage accounting processes in the company’s accounting ERP
- Prepare information and documentation for external stakeholders (banks, management, auditors, etc.)
- Coordinate annual audits and partner with BIG-4 auditors
- Configure and improve the company’s accounting ERP to enhance functionality and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Audit, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with accounting ERP in commercial projects
- Hands-on experience with accounting ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, BAS ERP, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, with the ability to interpret financial information and reports
- Understanding of tax compliance requirements in the EU, USA, India, UAE, and beyond
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex functions, data analysis)
- Solid understanding of transactions, banking operations, and payment instruments
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, with problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail, systematic approach, and strong ownership mindset
- Nice to have: English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level
- Nice to have: Experience in reporting for international or IT companies
- Nice to have: Financial qualifications in progress (ACCA, CFA, CIMA)
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience working with the company’s accounting ERP in the IT sector
