About the role

  • Lead programs aimed at reengineering financial processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation roadmap with clear milestones, resource allocation, and timelines
  • Oversee finance transformation activities, including process mapping and stakeholder collaboration for seamless integration
  • Ensure financial systems, processes, and controls are correctly designed and implemented to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess process effectiveness and recommend improvements to senior leadership
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance financial operations

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in finance transformation roles, preferably in international environments
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced knowledge of tools such as SAP, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
  • Strong analytical mindset and digital orientation.
