About the role

Responsibilities
- Translate finance expertise into clear, authentic messaging that resonates with finance decision-makers across Germany and beyond.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to develop campaigns, sales materials, and competitive insights.
- Equip our go-to-market teams with a deep understanding of finance workflows, tools, and terminology to strengthen our communication with customers.
- Contribute to our narrative: help define how Moss positions itself in the market and differentiates from competitors.
- Provide feedback and insights from a finance lens to continuously improve our messaging, product positioning, and thought leadership content.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
- Strong knowledge of DATEV and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite).
- Ideally, hands-on experience with spend management tools like Moss.
- Working proficiency in German and fluent in English.
- Background in finance, but excited about the commercial side — no marketing experience required.
