About the role

  • Lead efforts to identify routes of investment optimization and pricing position
  • Support Director on RGM execution conversations and investment topics with senior leadership
  • Lead team through strategies for efficient analysis of data to identify price and promotional opportunities
  • Oversee distributor investment management across divisions (Local Marketing Funds)
  • Manage and reconcile distributor pricing and margin agreements
  • Liaise with central pricing team to coordinate and execute national priorities
  • Identify opportunities for simplicity and efficiency in pricing discussions and annual planning
  • Lead ad hoc revenue management projects with market and distributor teams
  • Drive action and execution of business opportunities through collaboration with sales and finance using data-driven insights
  • Evolve, create and embed local market revenue management tools and capabilities
  • Facilitate Revenue Management mindset with sales teams and support best practice sharing across PR USA
  • Liaise with Sr Commercial Finance Manager to deliver NNS growth ambition and socialization of RGM capabilities
  • Collaborate on revenue management annual planning materials and integrate RGM principles with local market and distributor teams
  • Support revenue management discussions with distributors and customers
  • Determine and execute RGM strategy for the division; act as center of expertise and lead execution with PR USA leadership
  • Manage direct reports (one Sr analyst and two Pricing Coordinators) and guide local implementation of new tools, capabilities and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related analytical field
  • Five or more years of experience in analytical roles within consumer products or beverage companies
  • Strategic leader with experience leading teams
  • Ability to build financial models from disparate datasets
  • Outstanding analytical ability & commercial acumen
  • Past roles in sales and/or commercial finance
  • Experience with pricing and/or revenue management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and to influence others
  • Strong communication and change management capabilities
  • Proficiency in a range of analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, Nielsen, etc.)
  • An ability to learn new tools and systems
  • Knowledge of syndicated consumer data a plus
