About the role

  • Serve as the primary finance support to the POD Finance Director for Mexico Manufacturing (5 factories, $1.7B annual production value).
  • Support core financial routines: actual, forecast and budget processes across LAG manufacturing sites.
  • Analyze and interpret plant performance, evaluate variances and assess effects on region results.
  • Drive cost and cash performance across the region in line with global manufacturing standards.
  • Work cross functionally with regional supply chain teams to drive financial performance.
  • Assess capital needs and drive capital prioritization across region with manufacturing partners.
  • Provide scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis in business case format to aid decisions.
  • Lead and/or participate in performance reviews with operations leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
  • CPA or MBA a plus
  • 5+ Years Finance experience supporting operations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • SAP and HFM experience a plus
