Finance Manager partnering with senior leaders across EMEA Product & Supplier Management team. Driving financial performance and strategic outcomes in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, providing robust financial challenge and insight to shape category strategy and performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive financial and operational performance.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and re-forecasting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Plan Category Margin targets and report on performance across our broad product range.
Work with market Financial Directors to align margin targets and performance to country operating profit plans.
Representing Finance on the Product & Supplier Management Leadership Team, actively contributing to strategic discussions and influencing cross-functional decisions.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to drive category decision making, investment prioritisation, and margin optimisation.
Oversee financial management of category projects and programmes, including Product Range Expansion and Merchandise Hierarchy updates.
Champion best practices, continuous improvement, and the effective use of technology in financial reporting.
Requirements
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent), ideally bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in a finance business partnering role within a large, matrixed organisation.
Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in a constructive and commercially focused manner.
Strong leadership presence, with the confidence to operate at senior levels and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Knowledge and understanding of Product & Supplier Management at both strategic and operational levels.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Business Objects, Excel).
