Responsibilities
Lead and develop the international finance organization.
Drive the integration of acquisitions and financial administrations into the existing finance structure.
Develop and execute a forward-looking financial strategy supporting international growth and scalability.
Lead the ERP migration and optimize financial systems, processes, and reporting structures.
Build robust data models and KPI frameworks to enable decision-making and forecasting.
Manage international consolidation, including foreign currencies, transfer pricing, and global compliance.
Oversee restructuring initiatives and efficiency programs within the organization for the accounting team to become one team.
Professionalize and specialize the finance team; coach and develop staff into areas of expertise (e.g., reporting, treasury, tax).
Coordinate international audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial partners.
Provide the board and stakeholders with clear, data-driven financial insights and strategic advice.
Requirements
12–15 years of relevant finance experience.
Substantial experience in SaaS/software and consultancy environments.
Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
Proven track record in the integration of acquisitions and financial administrations.
Experience in ERP implementations and building scalable finance organizations.
Strong knowledge of international taxation (transfer pricing, tax planning, international audits).
Expertise in foreign currency management, international consolidation, and cash flow management.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, specialization, and professionalization of teams.
Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior leadership, investors, and international stakeholders.
