Responsibilities
Sales of pipeline systems for civil engineering within the regional sales area of Hessen
Technical and commercial consulting for building authorities, municipalities and specialist planners (engineering firms)
Follow-up support for building material suppliers and construction companies
Support in planning and overseeing civil engineering construction projects
Expansion of the sales territory through customer retention and acquisition of new customers on both technical and commercial grounds
Continuous market observation of your region and customer analyses
Conducting training sessions as well as company and product presentations
Active collaboration with your inside and field sales colleagues in Sales, Product Management, Application Engineering, Quality Management etc.
Participation in trade shows and customer events, possibly also on an interregional basis
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training, degree in civil engineering, technician qualification or comparable credentials
Several years of professional experience in civil engineering, ideally in pipeline systems, sewer construction, road construction or drainage
Sales experience (technical affinity) and field sales experience desirable
Willingness to travel daily within the regional area
Strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Team spirit, communication skills, down-to-earth attitude, negotiation skills
Loyalty, reliability, initiative and a structured working style
Confident use of Office and CRM tools; ERP experience desirable
Native-level German language skills
Conversational English skills desirable
