About the role

  • Meet with existing Quartzy customers at their labs in the Boston Metro Area to grow e-commerce adoption.
  • Use Salesforce/Looker data to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Build trust with scientists, lab managers, and finance teams and position Quartzy as the best, most cost-effective choice.
  • Introduce labs to new product categories and promotions.
  • Partner with marketing and CS on software adoption campaigns.
  • Work with Pricing team to set prices based on insights gained from engaging with customers.
  • Track buying patterns and share insights with product/ops to sharpen positioning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of life-sciences sales experience (field preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting/overachieving revenue expansion quotas.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable managing a high volume of accounts in-person and virtually.
  • CRM and pipeline discipline (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Based in the Boston Metro Area with ability to travel daily across territory.
