About the role

  • Partner with creatives, strategists, client teams, and external collaborators to craft experiential activations and high-impact filmed content
  • Manage end-to-end production across experiential, event, and content campaigns from concept through delivery
  • Collaborate with creative and client teams to shape ideas and define production approaches
  • Engage and manage production partners and freelance talent
  • Budgeting and cost negotiations with transparency and precision
  • Coordinate timelines, talent, suppliers, logistics, and legal/contractual details
  • Safeguard quality, compliance, and profitability across multiple workstreams
  • Support operational excellence by improving processes and maintaining wrap documentation
  • Deliver work for major clients including Microsoft, ebay, Shell, and Unilever

Requirements

  • Proven experience producing experiential activations and filmed content
  • Background in agency or in-house production environments, working with corporate brands
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Deep knowledge of production and post-production processes (including risk management and legal)
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead, problem-solve, and deliver under pressure
  • Familiarity with business affairs, IP considerations, and contract workflows
  • A passion for producing engaging content and environments that move people
