Develop production timelines and checklists to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery of all materials.
Direct live broadcasts with a focus on maintaining a seamless flow of content.
Coordinate with and prepare influencers, hosts, talent, and crew to create a dynamic and interactive atmosphere during live events.
Compile reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the team to inform future strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and talent to foster collaboration and enhance production quality.
