About the role

  • Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of clients
  • Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll

Requirements

  • Any experience in a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency/experience with QuickBooks, Xero, and/or Bill.com a plus, but will train
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills detail-oriented
