About the role

  • Provide support to the Executive Manager and the Executive Superintendent of Expansion on the area's projects, both in the evaluation and execution phases.
  • Collect relevant data and conduct various analyses (market, business diagnostics, processes).
  • Develop the project outline and prepare presentations containing analyses, recommendations, and economic and financial evaluations.
  • Map processes to identify opportunities to unlock business growth (business-focused, not process-improvement-focused).

Requirements

  • Strong analytical profile (experience working with databases and other inputs, financial modeling – income statement (P&L) and free cash flow (FCF), and development of business cases).
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication (concise presentations with a storyline appropriate to the audience).
  • Strong execution capability (action-oriented).
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, yet with a critical view of the big picture.
  • Team player, business sense, and disciplined time-management to work on simultaneous projects.
