About the role

  • Plan the annual calendar of events and trade shows according to the proposed budget, identifying the best opportunities for the company.
  • Full production management, from preparing budgets with suppliers to on-site real-time monitoring of event execution.
  • Coordinate brand activities for Pricing Conectado, including production of monthly webinars, annual events, videocasts, and courses.
  • Manage the WhatsApp community that is part of Pricing Conectado, in partnership with the social media lead, to drive engagement and networking.
  • Analyze data and measure sales results, ROI, and the impact of implemented activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Advertising, Marketing, Events, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in event and trade show production and management.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic production and RTV (radio/TV) production.
  • Data analysis, measurement, and strategic event planning skills.
  • Negotiation skills with suppliers, and project planning and organizational abilities.
  • Intermediate English desired for interaction with international materials and software.
