Responsibilities
Plan and shape: Build and manage Avvoka’s events calendar across markets, define objectives with stakeholders, and align each activation with brand and commercial goals while managing budgets and timelines.
Deliver: Lead every aspect from concept to delivery, ensuring each experience feels unmistakably Avvoka - modern, polished and human - while working with marketing and sales to maximise value from pre-event prospecting to post-event content.
Evolve: Create a scalable playbook for consistent, high-quality events, measuring impact across attendance, engagement and outcomes to inform future plans.
Requirements
Experience running professional events in B2B, tech or professional services.
A mix of creativity and operational discipline.
Confidence engaging senior professionals from lawyers to innovation leads and executives.
Strong project management and stakeholder skills.
A sharp eye for design and detail: you care about how things look and feel.
A collaborative mindset and comfort working across marketing, design and sales.
Bonus points if you have worked in SaaS, legaltech or a high growth startup.
Know tools like HubSpot, Eventbrite or Luma.
Have hosted or facilitated panels, workshops or webinars.
