About the role

  • Plan, organise, and execute internal employee engagement events, celebrations, and cultural initiatives
  • Organise CSR initiatives for the Malta & ROW offices, including Climate Frescoes workshops
  • Collaborate with HR and the Events leadership team to design events promoting company culture
  • Research and liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers; manage logistics, communications, registrations, and feedback
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during events
  • Monitor event budgets and prepare post-event reports and evaluations
  • Assist HR with onboarding, employee communications, and HR documentation
  • Support employee well-being initiatives and engagement surveys
  • Contribute to HR projects promoting diversity, inclusion, and positive workplace culture
  • Maintain accurate employee-related records and contribute to reporting
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and event-related queries
  • Support internal communications related to HR policies, culture, and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with HR and Communications on employer branding; create content for internal and external channels
  • Support recruitment campaigns and employer brand projects

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience in events management
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
  • Creative thinker with a passion for employee experience and company culture
  • Familiarity with social media, job boards and professional networks
  • Fluent in English; fluency or knowledge of a second language would be a plus
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Flexibility to occasionally support events outside of office hours
