Requirements
Minimum of 5 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects for large-scale international client accounts.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in workplace behavioral health, including program implementation, operations, or delivery.
Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-level project portfolios.
Experience working within a PMO environment or leading the development and management of a PMO.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
