About the role

  • Drive national sales to bring Crafty’s offerings into corporate offices with a relationship-based sales approach
  • Join the sales team to help meet forward-looking revenue objectives and report directly to the SVP Sales
  • Focus on middle and bottom of funnel activities: uncovering business goals, conducting platform demos, building proposals, coordinating client contract processes, and winning deals
  • Conduct platform demos and build proposals; coordinate client contract processes
  • Win new logos and generate revenue; expansion sales is a key responsibility
  • Do not manage ongoing client account operations after launch; handoff to operations/client success teams
  • Be entrepreneurial, build a personal brand, and work collaboratively across technology, supply chain operations, field operations, sales, and account management
  • Participate in rigorous and detailed training and onboarding in first month; begin leading conversations with pre-qualified prospects by month two
  • Close new logos and generate revenue by or before month three; deliver $2.7M in contracted revenue across more than a dozen wins within first 12 months
  • Work hybrid: three days per week at Crafty HQ in San Francisco, CA

  • Sales System Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging CRM platforms, Excel, G-Suite, and forecasting tools to manage pipelines, track progress, and drive data-informed sales decisions
  • Customer-Centric Solution Seller: Delivers tailored solutions by overcoming challenges and creating value-driven outcomes that address client needs and foster long-term partnerships
  • Detail-Oriented: Effectively manages multiple complex deals simultaneously by maintaining structured processes, ensuring accuracy, and prioritizing critical tasks to close opportunities
  • Inner Drive: Exhibits a relentless drive to succeed, consistently demonstrating resilience and a refusal to accept failure in both professional and personal pursuits
  • Accountable: Takes full ownership of assigned objectives, acting as the CEO of their business by ensuring goals are met with integrity, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving
  • Sound Judgment: Ability to make wise, well-reasoned decisions based on careful consideration of relevant factors and potential consequences
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales
  • 2+ years of experience in early stage, high growth environment
  • Physical product/service space experience
