About the role
- Talent Sourcer & Coordinator managing full-cycle talent acquisition for a global tech consultancy. Engaging technical talent and orchestrating interviews in a high-accountability environment.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full front-end talent acquisition process — from identifying and engaging technical talent, to orchestrating interviews, managing candidate experience, and maintaining impeccable operational discipline.
- Work closely with Global Leadership, Technology Directors, and report into the TA Leadership team in Sydney, to build proactive pipelines, execute sourcing campaigns, and keep our recruitment operations running like a machine.
Requirements
- 3–6 years’ experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Coordination, or full-cycle TA within Technology Consulting and/or Professional Services.
- Proven success in identifying, engaging, and converting passive candidates in competitive technical markets.
- Exceptional organisational and coordination skills — can manage 10+ pipelines and multiple interview schedules simultaneously without dropping detail.
- Highly autonomous — able to self-prioritise and deliver outcomes without constant direction.
- Deep understanding of technology roles (Data, Cloud, Software Engineering, DevOps, AI, etc.) and the consulting delivery model.
- Strong stakeholder communication — able to influence, push back, and manage expectations confidently.
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (Workable, Rippling or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, SeekOut, AI search tools).
- Driven by metrics and performance — measured by quality, speed, and candidate experience, not just activity volume.
