Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced academic qualifications, such as an MS/MA degree are a plus.
- Proficiency certification in English.
- Experience in an events-related role in the pharmaceutical industry, 10+ years, with proven success in event management.
- Extensive experience leading teams and navigating matrixed organizations.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on high-quality, impactful engagement.
- Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards related to medical/scientific engagements.
