About the role
- EBSILON Customer & Modelling Consultant supporting global users of EBSILON®Professional for thermodynamic issues and energy system modeling. Engaging in interdisciplinary teamwork with international projects.
Responsibilities
- Betreuung und Unterstützung der weltweiten EBSILON®Professional Anwender:innen
- Aufnahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu thermodynamischen und anwendungsbezogenen Problemstellungen
- Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Modellierung energietechnischer Anlagen mittels EBSILON®Professional
- Begleitung vertrieblicher Präsentationen in-house und bei potenziellen Kunden
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung intensiver Schulungen und kundenspezifischer Workshops
- Ansprechpartner:in für Vertrieb und Entwicklungsabteilung in technischen Fragestellungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften (Master oder Diplom) in Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder Energietechnik
- Erfahrung mit der Simulationssoftware EBSILON®Professional
- Gute praktische Kenntnisse mindestens einer höheren Programmiersprache (z.B. C/C++/C#, VB, Pascal/Delphi, Matlab oder Python)
- Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie hohe Flexibilität
- Strukturierte und effiziente, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Freude an interdisziplinärer und interkultureller Zusammenarbeit
- Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich
