Manage international e-commerce for PIXLIP's online shop across EU, USA, and Dubai. Develop strategies for shop improvement, user experience, and conversion optimization.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for the international webshop across all target markets (EU, USA, Dubai) — both strategic and operational
Develop an e-commerce roadmap and implement measures to enhance the shop and website
Expand internationalization: multilingual shops, additional payment methods, and country-specific requirements
Improve conversion rate and user experience in collaboration with design, marketing and external partners
Analyze relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, average order value) and derive concrete optimizations
Manage external service providers such as agencies, developers and translators
Plan and execute campaigns in close coordination with the performance marketing team
Monitor market and competitive developments to identify new growth opportunities
Contribute to the introduction of new features, tools and integrations
Requirements
Several years of experience in e-commerce management or digital project management
Practical experience with Shopify and international shop setups
Confident use of web analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio)
Good understanding of conversion optimization, UX and digital marketing processes
Initial experience in performance marketing is a plus
Proven experience managing agencies and external service providers
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
