Due Diligence Analyst responsible for reviewing financial crime risks in corporate customer onboarding. Collaborating with stakeholders and conducting enhanced due diligence reviews.
Responsibilities
Complete Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on prospective and existing clients with heightened risk exposure.
Create presentations on proposals to accept or decline a client based on financial crime concerns
Manage case volume
Maintain internal records on financial crime matters
Support on ad hoc projects relating to financial crime operations
Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
Review payment flows to identify potential downstream risks
Requirements
Experience with anti-financial crime regulatory requirements in the UK and Europe
Strong technical knowledge of - Enhanced Due Diligence and transactional analysis with respect to Corporate entities, MSBs, PSP’s and Virtual asset businesses
Strong technical knowledge of Payment Channels
Well-versed in handling complex Enhanced Due Diligence reviews
The ability to effectively apply a Risk Based Approach
Experience reviewing payment flows
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Strong attention to detail and good judgment
Able to work independently and to appropriately prioritise.
Relevant professional qualifications (ICA, ACAMS, etc)
