About the role

  • Complete Enhanced Due Diligence reviews on prospective and existing clients with heightened risk exposure.
  • Create presentations on proposals to accept or decline a client based on financial crime concerns
  • Manage case volume
  • Maintain internal records on financial crime matters
  • Support on ad hoc projects relating to financial crime operations
  • Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Review payment flows to identify potential downstream risks

Requirements

  • Experience with anti-financial crime regulatory requirements in the UK and Europe
  • Strong technical knowledge of - Enhanced Due Diligence and transactional analysis with respect to Corporate entities, MSBs, PSP’s and Virtual asset businesses
  • Strong technical knowledge of Payment Channels
  • Well-versed in handling complex Enhanced Due Diligence reviews
  • The ability to effectively apply a Risk Based Approach
  • Experience reviewing payment flows
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and good judgment
  • Able to work independently and to appropriately prioritise.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (ICA, ACAMS, etc)
