About the role

  • People Manager for the DSA team: lead, mentor, and support team members in their daily work.
  • Responsible for the ongoing service deliveries: oversee planning, execution, and delivery of DSA Services.
  • Responsible for governance and managing cross functional delivery projects towards the inriver customer and partner ecosystem.
  • Resource allocation: allocate resources efficiently, manage workload and capacity planning, coordinate with other departments.
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting of ongoing services and communication with stakeholders internally and to the customer.
  • Stakeholder Management: act as primary point of contact; communicate service status and updates.
  • Process Improvement: identify and implement process improvements and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
  • Performance Tracking: track and report service performance metrics, conduct evaluations, implement corrective actions.
