Responsible for supporting our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
Coordinate and facilitate all activities related to document control procedures (technical documents, schedules, plans and correspondence with the client interfaces of the project).
Save information in databases to ensure their relevance.
Report to management when needed.
Ensure that up-to-date documentation is approved and plans are distributed to the appropriate internal team, subcontractors and clients.
Maintain and manage the design documentation and tests, technical manuals, quality system documents and other administrative documents to be provided during the performance of the contract.
Contribution to optimizing work processes by verifying compliance with project milestones.
Preparation of plans.
Translation of necessary documentation.
Management of allocated budget for documentation.
Requirements
Min GCE ‘O’ Level with credits in English
Minimum 3 years professional experience in office, documentation and control
Knowledge of the procedures used in the production process, practices and concepts in the field of electrical engineering
SAP knowledge will be an advantage
Computer Literacy – proficient in Microsoft office Excel, Words, PowerPoint and PDF Writer
