About the role

  • Responsible for supporting our procedures maintaining transparent, up-to-date and easily traceable documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all activities related to document control procedures (technical documents, schedules, plans and correspondence with the client interfaces of the project).
  • Save information in databases to ensure their relevance.
  • Report to management when needed.
  • Ensure that up-to-date documentation is approved and plans are distributed to the appropriate internal team, subcontractors and clients.
  • Maintain and manage the design documentation and tests, technical manuals, quality system documents and other administrative documents to be provided during the performance of the contract.
  • Contribution to optimizing work processes by verifying compliance with project milestones.
  • Preparation of plans.
  • Translation of necessary documentation.
  • Management of allocated budget for documentation.

Requirements

  • Min GCE ‘O’ Level with credits in English
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in office, documentation and control
  • Knowledge of the procedures used in the production process, practices and concepts in the field of electrical engineering
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage
  • Computer Literacy – proficient in Microsoft office Excel, Words, PowerPoint and PDF Writer
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
