About the role
- Controller managing cost accounting and product controlling for BUTTING CryoTech. Collaborating with teams on financial analysis and ERP system implementation.
Responsibilities
- Sie erfassen, analysieren und überwachen alle relevanten Zahlen in der Kostenrechnung und im Produktcontrolling – inklusive Investitions- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
- Sie erkennen Trends und entwickeln Standards in der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung, die Klarheit und Vergleichbarkeit erzeugen
- Sie erstellen regelmäßige Reports und Ad-hoc-Analysen, überwachen KPIs, identifizieren Abweichungen und leiten Optimierungspotentiale ab
- Sie unterstützen aktiv bei der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems (MS Dynamics) und bringen Ihre Erfahrung in Prozesse und Datenstrukturen ein
- Sie beraten Führungskräfte in Produktion, Vertrieb und Einkauf und bringen Transparenz in Entscheidungen und Abläufe
Requirements
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Management Accounting, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling / Accounting – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling und in der Kostenrechnung
- Sie arbeiten gerne lösungsorientiert, zeigen Teambereitschaft und bestechen durch sorgfältige, organisierte Arbeitsweise bei gleichzeitigem Blick aufs Große Ganze
- Sie arbeiten analytisch, denken prozessorientiert und entwickeln Standards, die lokale Abläufe sichern und sich zugleich in globale Prozesse einfügen.
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch verhandlungssicher. Zudem überzeugen Sie mit guten Kenntnissen eines ERP/Abrechnungssystems (DATEV / SAP / MS Dynamics, o.ä.)
