About the role

  • Lead Assistant Manager in controllership role overseeing compliance and financial reporting. Requires strong knowledge in IndAS/IFRS, with responsibilities in variances analysis and audit support.

Responsibilities

  • Should have sound knowledge in terms of IndAS/IFRS and other Indian taxation and compliances.
  • Should be well versed with preparation and review of financials statement as per IndAS/IFRS.
  • Candidate should have detail-oriented approach and hands on experience in R2R, Accruals, MIS reporting
  • Ledger and Sub Ledger Reconciliations (Employee Advance and payable liability).
  • Preparation and validation of accruals received from different stakeholders
  • Identifying P&L variance and clarification from respective business
  • Qualitative variance analysis for P&L and BS movements.
  • Co-ordination with other stakeholder and Team for stabilization of migrated processes.
  • Performing of quality BS reconciliation and timely action on open items.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors for audits (SOX, Tax, Process Audit).
  • Ensuring compliance to SOX/internal control/Statutory guidelines.
  • Eye on Process improvement and automation, brining best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/master's degree with Finance and accounting background Preferly(M.Com, MBA, CA or Semi qualified accountant) with work experience of 6 to 10 years
  • Preferable - ERP (Oracle) functional knowledge.
  • Preferable – Actuarial valuation data analysis and Trust Account experience
